Return/Shipping/Store Pick up Policies


RETURN POLICY

We stand behind our goods and services and want you to be satisfied with them. We'll always do our best to take care of our customers.

Some items purchased from Pistols N Vixens are eligible for a full refund if returned within 14 days of purchase. During our holiday season, presents can be returned or exchanged up until Jan. 30th directly following the previous Christmas holiday. 

A small number of heavily discounted red-lined items are marked FINAL SALE, in which case they are not eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit. Any hats, undergarments, self-tanning mousse, earrings, and swimsuits are not eligible for a refund due to sanitary and new Covid safety restrictions. All Keep It Gypsy - Upcycled LV items are all final sale and are not eligible for a return or exchange. This is also stated in the product descriptions of these items. 

All eligible return items must have the tags still attached and no signs of wear, have been worn or washed. Items cannot smell of smoke and free of animal hair. Shoes must be returned in the original box with no signs of wear. 

IN-STORE RETURN PROCESS: once your desired return items meet the above mentioned return guidelines, please bring them to the store with a copy of your digital or paper receipt. A receipt is absolutely necessary for a return and/or exchange. We cannot process a return or exchange without the original order information that is provided on the receipt. Once your items meet the guidelines, you will be issued a refund to the original method of payment. If your return transaction encounters any issues you will be issued a store credit (i.e. expired credit card etc)

ONLINE RETURN PROCESS:

Email pistolsnvixens@gmail.com to inform us you’re mailing a return complete with your original order #. 

 If you would like to return an item for a refund, the following rules apply:

  • The returned item must be mailed and postmarked no later than 14 days from the date that your order was delivered

  • Item must be received by us in the same condition as it was originally shipped. If item is broken, damaged, or appears to have been worn or washed no credit will be issued and you will have to pay for shipping to have it returned to you.
  • Customer must pay shipping to return item to store.
  • After initial shipment to the customer is verified as delivered by the shipping agency, the customer is responsible for lost or damaged items. Customer must track returned items and purchase shipping insurance if they chose to do so.
  • Order number and customer name must be enclosed with return shipment. 
  • Once return items are received and verified to meet our return guidelines, a refund will be issued to the original credit card or form of payment used to purchase the item.

    EXCHANGE POLICY

    Items that meet our return guidelines (mentioned above) are eligible for exchange. You may bring your items into any of our store locations to do so.  Customers can follow the return instructions to return items and then reorder the correct size or item. Customers are responsible for shipping fees to ship back the original item(s) and to ship the replacement. 

    STORE PICK UP POLICY

    Orders need to be picked up within 14 days of ordering as we do not have the space to house them and after 14 days these items are not eligible for return or exchange. Any items or orders not picked up by 30 days from the order date, will be donated. If you selected store pick up and cannot make the 14 day requirement please email us to have your items shipped for a shipping fee. pistolsnvixens@gmail.com

    SHIPPING POLICIES 

    Orders are processed during our listed business hours. Please allow 1-3 business days for orders to process and ship excluding holidays. Orders ship via USPS. Pistols N Vixens is not responsible for packages lost by USPS or stolen packages from your property. Please review your orders tracking. Once it shows it has been scanned by USPS and is in their possession, they are responsible for delivery. If your package is misplaced by USPS you will need to file a claim with USPS. If you file a chargeback claim to Pistols N Vixens when the package is in the care of the USPS service you will be banned from shopping with us in the future. Please email us with questions.
